FORT MILL, S.C. (Aug. 2, 2010) — Continental Tire the Americas L.L.C. has signed on as a sponsor of the 2010 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) Show Media Center.
The sponsorship is one element of the Fort Mill-based tire maker's participation at the event, which takes place Nov. 2-5 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The center is equipped with computers, a dedicated wireless hub, meeting rooms, a press conference area and other features.
“Continental's Media Center sponsorship is an example of their support for the industry,” said Peter MacGillvray, SEMA vice president of communications and events. “Thanks to the tire maker's assistance, the Media Center will serve as home base to nearly 3,000 credentialed editors and reporters at the show.”
