The International Tire Exhibition & Conference (ITEC) will hold a Talking Shop panel discussion for tire dealers from 12:15 to 1:45 p.m., Tuesday, Sept. 21 at the I-X Center in Cleveland.
Moderated by Ron Lautzenheiser, a Big O Tires Inc. franchisee and former board member of the Tire Industry Association, and former Big O Tires President John Adams, the panel will explore tire dealer best practices and timely industry issues.
The panelists will open the session by discussing the challenges and opportunities tire dealers face today, then open the forum to attendees to discuss any topic.
The panelists are:
*Craig Knarich, owner, Pit Crew Tire Service Inc., Palm Harbor, Fla.;
* Paul Hyatt, owner, Superior Tire & Auto Inc., Scarborough, Ontario;
*Ross Kogel, Jr., president, Tire Wholesalers Inc., Troy, Mich.; and
*Barry Steinberg, owner, Direct Tire & Auto Service, Watertown, Mass.
Talking Shop is included in the registration fee of $50 for tire dealers, distributors and personnel from tire manufacturers. The registration fee for suppliers to the tire industry is $200.
