BEDFORD, Texas (Feb. 17, 2009) — The Automotive Service Association (ASA) has opened online registration for its 2009 convention, which will be held April 30-May 2 at the Caribe Royale All-Suites Hotel and Convention Center in Orlando, Fla.
Registrants can visit www.ASAshop.org/Annual09 and use a secure online form to register for a variety of activities, including three Automotive Management Institute (AMI)-approved seminars, as well as arrange housing accommodations for the event.
Event highlights will include industry impact sessions focusing on the automotive service and collision repair segments of the industry; a benefit provider networking reception; an ASA board of directors meeting; a State of the Association address by Ron Pyle, ASA president and chief staff executive; an affiliate assembly meeting; three AMI courses; and ASA's annual Celebration of Excellence awards ceremony, which will again host the AMI graduation ceremony.
Members who register before the early-bird deadline of March 31 will receive savings, Bedford-based ASA said. The Web site also includes a list of sponsors, education sessions, daily agendas and additional details about networking functions.
