Kumho to raise prices up to 7%

RANCHO CUCAMONGA, Calif. (Dec. 13, 2006) — Kumho Tire U.S.A. Inc. will raise passenger, light truck and commercial truck tire prices by up to 7 percent, effective Feb. 1.

Kumho said the increases will vary depending on tire model.

Kumho cited rising raw material and transportation costs for the latest increase. Kumho last raised prices Oct. 1.
