Cooper to report third quarter results

FINDLAY, Ohio (Oct. 25, 2006) — Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. will announce its third quarter financial results before the market opens Nov. 8.

Company executives will host a conference call to discuss the results at 11 a.m. that day. The call can be accessed online at www.coopertire.com, and a replay will be available afterward.
