BETHESDA, Md. (Oct. 19, 2006) — The Motorist Assurance Program (MAP) has translated five of its brochures into Spanish for distributions to consumers.
The translated brochures are: Standards of Service; How to Talk with an Auto Repair Technician; How to Pick an Auto Repair Shop; How to Get Satisfaction from an Auto Repair Shop; and About this MAP-Accredited Facility.
MAP also is working on translating other information into Spanish.
“We're excited to be able to offer these brochures to Spanish-speaking customers,” said Larry Hecker, president of MAP. “We hope it will help them gain a better rapport with their local repair shops.”
Packages of 50 brochures are available for $25; individual copies are available at www.motorist.org.
