BRAMPTON, Ontario (July 13, 2006) — Jean-Louis Marin has been named chief information officer of GPX International Tire Corp.
In the post, Mr. Marin will be responsible for developing the company's investment in technology as well as increasing the firm's ability to provide timely information to customers by linking offices, distribution centers and factories around the world, the company said in a statement.
Mr. Marin has 20 years experience in information technology, working in the fields of telecommunications, professional software development, forestry, pulp, paper and mining and metals.
