EAST NORRITON, Pa. (June 28, 2006) — Treadways Corp. will provide TireWare Inc. business software to independent tire dealers through its revamped Treadmasters marketing program, which will launch in July.
The TireWare software will include point-of-sale, wholesale and commercial suites for Treadways' wholesale and associated tire dealers, the companies said. The Treadmasters program is aimed at increasing the sales and profitability of its dealers, though specific marketing and prioritization plans are underway.
“Our wholesale dealers and their retail dealers are looking for a solution that will move their businesses to the next level of operating efficiencies, supply chain optimization and end customer connectivity,” said Ed Nini, market development manager of private brands sales for Treadways. “By teaming with TireWare, Treadways is able to offer a valuable benefit to its network of dealers who are looking for a next generation business management solution that will lower costs while sharpening their competitive advantage.”
