Bandag declares dividend

MUSCATINE, Iowa (May 17, 2006) — Bandag Inc. declared a quarterly dividend of 33.5 cents per share on its common stock, Class A common stock and Class B common stock.

The dividend is payable July 20 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 20.
