EDMONTON, Alberta (Dec. 15, 2005) — Fountain Tire has moved its store in Quesnel, British Columbia, to a new location.
Manager Gord Hearn has run the city's shop since earlier this year. “We wanted to open a facility that allows the residents of Quesnel and of the surrounding areas to be served the way they deserve,” he said. “We found the only way to do this was to move into a new facility.”
The new store, at 12,500 square feet, has about three times the space of the old one, Fountain Tire said. The shop has four bays and two drive-through truck bays.
The store plans to host a grand opening in the spring, the company said.
