AKRON (Aug. 17, 2005) — Goodyear has appointed consulting firm Jones Lundin Beals to manage the tire maker's upcoming review of advertising and public relations agencies.
The reviews will include a search for an advertising agency to handle strategic planning and creative assignments for the Goodyear brand in the U.S. The consulting firm also will help review public relations agencies.
Current ad agency Arnold Worldwide was invited to participate in the review, Goodyear said, while Media Planning Group will continue as the company's media planning and buying agency.
The Akron-based tire maker said it expects to select agencies in the fourth quarter.
