Cooper to pay dividend

FINDLAY, Ohio (May 6, 2005) — Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. announced this week it will pay a quarterly dividend of 10.5 cents per share on common stock.

The dividend is payable June 30 to shareholders of record at the close of business June 3.

The payment marks the Findlay-based tire maker's 133rd consecutive quarterly dividend.
