GLENWOOD, Ill. (May 2, 2005) — Wayne Jensen, director and owner of B&J Manufacturing Co., died April 15. He was 69.
Mr. Jensen's father, Emil Jensen, in 1942 founded the company, which supplies machinery to the retread industry. Wayne Jensen led the company's research and development of many B&J Rocket Rasp products for the industry, the company said.
Mr. Jensen's nephew, Robert Bumetter, will become B&J's director.
Mr. Jensen is survived by his wife Elisabeth, son Jan, daughter Kathleen Schottke, sister Lucille Persson, and parents Mae and Emil Jensen.
