Hankook to raise prices 3-5%

WAYNE, N.J. (Nov. 15, 2004) — Hankook Tire America Corp. will raise prices by 3-5 percent, effective Jan. 1.

The price increase applies to Hankook's full line of passenger, high performance, light truck and medium truck tires. The Wayne-based tire maker cited rising raw materials, shipping and general operations expenses.
