LAS VEGAS (Nov. 2, 2004) — The Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) named the Ford F-150 and Chevy Tahoe the most accessory-friendly vehicles in their respective categories as part of the SEMA Vehicle Design Awards.
The Tahoe won in the sport-utility vehicle category, and the F-150 won in the truck segment. Earlier, SEMA had named the Ford Mustang the most accessory-friendly all-new vehicle.
“There are just so many things out there for the Chevy Tahoe,” said Rich Brown, a SEMA member voter and engineer for American Racing Equipment. “…A customer can really customize the Tahoe to fit their individual taste.”
