BEDFORD, TEXAS, (July 7, 2004) — Online registration is now available for the 2004 Congress of Automotive Repair and Service (CARS), Nov. 4-6 at the Flamingo Hotel in Las Vegas.
In addition to registration at www.CARSonline.org, the CARS Web site has full details about the event, including exhibitors, educational courses and instructors, speakers, presentations and more. Show attendees can use the secure online form to register for several activities, including technical courses and management seminars, as well as arrange housing accommodations.
Members of the Automotive Service Association (ASA) who register online before Sept. 27 will receive a $100 discount. All attendees registering by that date also will receive credentials to the Automotive Aftermarket Products Expo (AAPEX) and the Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) shows, as well as ASA's International Autobody Congress and Exposition (NACE)—all being held during Automotive Aftermarket Industry Week (AAIW) in Las Vegas.
Registration deadline for ASA's Celebration of Excellence dinner at the Flamingo also is Sept. 27. Association members purchasing a full registration to the CARS event will receive a complimentary ticket to the Nov. 5 dinner, ASA said. Attendees should register for the Celebration of Excellence when completing the CARS registration form.
Bedford-based ASA called CARS the “premier event” of its mechanical division. It will feature seven technical courses, three Automotive Management Institute-approved management courses, and new product technology sessions presented by representatives from seven automobile manufacturers.
