NASHVILLE, Tenn. (Aug. 7, 2003) — Bridgestone/Firestone has signed on for the second consecutive year as the exclusive sponsor of the media center at the 2003 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA)/International Tire Expo (ITE) this fall in Las Vegas.
The center is set up for reporters, writers, publishers, photographers and other journalists associated with the trade and consumer automotive media covering the huge trade show, which will run Nov. 4-7.
Phil Pacsi, executive director of BFS's North American consumer tire brand marketing, said the Nashville-based tire maker hopes “to build on the successes of our sponsorship last year to make it easier for journalists to do their jobs during the show. It also is terrific opportunity for us to showcase the Bridgestone family of products, including performance passenger and light truck tires, OEM fitments, suspension systems, lighting and industrial products.”
