Tire Centers L.L.C. (TCI) has formed a T3 Dealer Advisory Council.
Composed of eight T3 dealers throughout the U.S., the council will work with company management to identify areas of the T3 program needing improvement, the company said. It also will work collectively to help set long-term strategic planning for the T3 program.
``We designed T3 as a dynamic program that adapts to market conditions,'' said Dave Snyder, vice president, small tire marketing and sales for TCI. ``The T3 Dealer Advisory Council will supply us with day-to-day information about what is happening in the field and what we need to do to stay ahead of the market curve.''
T3 is an independent dealer network designed to help dealers compete with larger chains.
TCI is a wholly owned Michelin North America Inc. subsidiary and operates more than 125 commercial tire centers.
