DUNCAN, S.C. (Sept. 18, 2002) — Tire Centers LLC (TCI) has formed a T3 Dealer Advisory Council. Composed of eight T3 dealers throughout the U.S., the council will work with company management to identify areas of T3 program elements needing improvement and set long-term strategic planning for the T3 program.
“We designed T3 as a dynamic program that adapts to market conditions,” said Dave Snyder, vice president, small tire marketing and sales for TCI. “The T3 Dealer Advisory Council will supply us with day-to-day information about what is happening in the field and what we need to do to stay ahead of the market curve.”
Council members include Bill Ross, Fishkill Tire, Fishkill, N.Y.; Ray Hamel, Hamel's Tire Center, Cumberland, R.I.; Joe Johnson, Laminack Tire, Garland, Texas; Jeff Pohlman, Jeff Pohlman Tire, Hamilton, Ohio; Rob Pickrell, Royal Tire, Wichita, Kan.; Mark Rinderle, Rinderle Tire, Neosho, Wis.; Ron Hammers, Hammers Tire, LaSalle, Ill.; and Larry Elliott, Shamrock Tire Center, Independence, Mo.
T3 is an independent dealer network that allows dealers to compete with larger chains.
