SCOTIA, N.Y. (May 30, 2002) — Tire Conversion Technologies Inc., an upstate New York firm specializing in brown field utilization and hazardous tire pile reduction, has elected Gerald J. Henry president and CEO.
Mr. Henry, who previously was president of a pair of manufacturers in the region, had served as an advisor to Tire Conversion Technologies since late last year.
“We are delighted to have enticed Mr. Henry to take the reins of the company,” said company Chairman Jerry Coffin. “He has a solid record of growth in his prior experiences and we look to him to lead TCT to become the large company the founders envisioned.”
TCT has patented a manufacturing process for products from discarded tires
