GARNER, Iowa (Feb. 6, 2002) — Iowa Mold Tooling Co. Inc. (IMT) has named Sean S. Moran to fill the newly created position of business development manager in the sales and marketing department.
Mr. Moran's responsibilities would include market research and identifying business growth opportunities, as well as further developing the company's key account strategies, IMT said. He also will be dedicated to distributor development and dealer sales programs and will direct expansion of IMT's consultative offerings.
“The IMT dealers participating in our select dealer program are recognizing the value of focusing their energies and resources in our firm, and I believe that our mutual success is largely dependent on expanding this value to the end-use customers,” said Mark Whaley, IMT vice president of sales and marketing.
Mr. Moran previously was director of marketing for the Avery Dennison Corp—Highway Safety Division. He also was an equipment product manager and a senior product manager, dealer systems, for Bandag Inc.
IMT is a manufacturer and worldwide supplier of service vehicles, cranes, hydraulic loaders and air compressors for the tire, mining, construction, material handling and utility industries.
