Firm releases scheduling software
COLUMBUS, Ohio-TimeHighway.com Inc., an online appointment scheduling software company, has released a new version of its program to provide seamless integration of its software with auto industry Web sites.
The 2.0 version of TimeHighway's scheduling software lets customers view a service center's appointment book online, select an available day and time for service, and receive immediate confirmation of the appointment, the company said. Its Web site is www.timehighway.com.
The customer also automatically receives an e-mail reminder a day or two prior to the appointment and a follow-up survey afterward.
``We have found that customers want to have a choice and be able to decide for themselves when to schedule an appointment,'' said Gary Rapp, Columbus-based TimeHighway's president and COO. ``Using e-mail to request an appointment is no better than leaving a voice mail.
``Today's customers see the Internet as a convenient means to bypass phone appointment scheduling.''
