NASHVILLE, Tenn. (April 26, 2001)–Retreaders from areas outside of the continental U.S. walked off with most of the top awards in the retread appearance contest, sponsored by the International Tire & Rubber Association as part of its 44th World Tire Expo in Nashville, April 19-23.
