ENGLEWOOD, Colo.—TBC Corp.'s Big O Tires Inc. subsidiary has announced several organizational changes it said will allow the franchiser to expand its existing retail stores and add new outlets.
The changes will make better use of Englewood-based Big O's resources without adding to the existing overhead structure, the company said.
Among reassignments are the following:
Bill Walker has been named business development project manager for Big O's Southeast region. He is responsible for store development activities of Big O Retail, existing dealer expansion and the Associate Dealer Program in the East. Mr. Walker served as senior area manager for Big O for more than 12 years;
Greg Kimberlin becomes senior area manager after 11 years as an area manager in the Southeast region;
Bruce Ware is the vice president of product and services in the Northwest—a role created to provide the retail chain with additional resources in purchasing, Big O said. He will relocate to Denver;
Harry Ward has been promoted to director of sales and operations for Big O's Northwest region after serving as senior area manager for that region;
Roger Casey will supervise the customer service sales departments in Denver and in Boise, Idaho. He has more than 27 years' experience as manager of Big O's warehouse in Boise.
