WCTD convention to be in Banff
REGINA, Saskatchewan—The Western Canada Tire Dealers association will meet for its regional convention Feb. 21-24 at the Banff Centre for Conferences in Banff, Alberta.
The conference will host one of Canada's most respected financial commentators—Diane Francis—and a motivational speaker. Seminars will focus on fiscal responsibility.

Louisiana dealers to meet in March
DENHAM SPRINGS, La.—The Louisiana Independent Tire Dealers Association will hold its annual convention and trade show March 2-3 at the Best Western Hotel Acadiana in Lafayette, La.
The convention will feature seminars on product and employer liability and roundtable discussions. As part of the event, the association also plans to hold its third annual Goodyear-LITDA golf tournament at the Squirrel Run Golf Club in Cade, La.

Ark. dealers set convention
HORSESHOE BEND, Ark.—The Arkansas Independent Tire Dealers Association will meet for its annual convention March 23-25 at the Hot Springs Convention Center in Hot Springs, Ark.
This year's gathering features a "rodeo roundup" theme of western food and activities, which include a bucking bull ride and a performance by Nashville, Tenn., recording artist Chris White.
The AITDA will kick off the convention with a a supplier appreciation reception on March 22 and its scholarship golf tournament March 23 at the Belvedere Country Club.
