NORTHVILLE, Mich.—Hayes Lemmerz International Inc. has combined its sales and marketing forces into a newly created North American Wheels Group Sales and Marketing team.
The move is intended to maximize the synergy between the company's North American Fabricated and Cast Wheels Business Units, according to Hayes Lemmerz.
As a result, Richard Miller has been promoted to the newly created position of vice president of sales and marketing for the North American Wheels Group.
Mr. Miller is responsible for leading the group's strategic marketing and sales initiatives, assessing and developing new business opportunities and leading the sales and marketing team. He reports to Ronald Kolakowski, president of Hayes Lemmerz North American Wheels Group, who said the new team "will improve our ability to capitalize on market opportunities in North America."
Previously, Mr. Miller served as director of sales and marketing for Hayes Lemmerz North American Fabricated Wheels Business Unit.
