Evaporator core cleaner
DWD2 Success Distribution Inc. is marketing DWD2 for cleaning the evaporator core in vehicle air conditioning systems.
The company said the foam-like product can be injected into the system to clean out dirt and debris which may contain mold spores, fungus and bacteria. The process takes about 30 minutes.

Brake spring tool

Great Lakes Powder & Finishing Equipment has introduced the RB-2 Rim Blaster for refurbishing steel or aluminum truck rims.
The unit has two slots, allowing two wheels—measuring up to 26.5 inches in diameter—to be cleaned at the same time. The company said the system can handle up to 200 wheels per day.
The RB-2 comes with a full load of steel shot, an automatic door lock and safety switch, two manual timers and fork lift moving support.

Rema Tip Top/North America Inc. has introduced the Rep Boy Tire Inspection & Repair Station, a single-post unit designed for passenger and light truck tires.
The Rep Boy has fully adjustable spreading jaws, four tilt settings, and a top portion that swivels 360 degrees for easy access to any area of the tire, Rema said. A tool tray is attached to the center post of the unit, which is compact enough to be used in a confined area.

Grease gun
Century Lincoln Service Equipment, a Pentair Inc. subsidiary, has introduced the Model 1232 Lincoln Power Luber cordless, rechargeable grease gun.
On one charging, the 7.2-volt grease gun can dispense three 14-ounce grease cartridges at 5,000 psi, according to Century Lincoln.
The luber includes an 18-inch flexible hose with spring guard, battery charger and carrying case.

Mac Tools has debuted the Electronic Torque Meter, a hand-held unit to test and calibrate mechanical torque tools such as electronic screwdrivers and wrenches.

Electronic tire inflator
Vangard Inc. is offering the Futura Pro 145 computerized tire inflator for passenger and truck tires.
The Pro 145 features a digital readout, locking chuck and 30 feet of hose. It inflates or deflates tires to pressures ranging from three to 145 psi. When the selected pressure is reached, a beeping alarm and warning light are activated as the air flow is shut off.
