FINDLAY, Ohio—Cooper Tire & Rubber Co. has added new managers to its tire marketing staff to strengthen the new alliance team formed to sell Pirelli products in North America. The Findlay tire maker has named Carl Casalbore, Pirelli's vice president of replacement sales, director of Pirelli sales for Cooper Tire.
A 20-year Pirelli veteran, Mr. Casalbore also has served as director of replacement sales for car and light truck, sales service director, sales operations manager, assistant regional manager, territory manager, sales representative and inventory control manager.
Three new positions have been created to assist Cooper's field sales team in integrating Pirelli products and services into Cooper's marketing program. John Kairys, Robert Gill and Kenny Frederick, all former Pirelli employees, have joined Cooper as business development managers.
All will remain in their present locations, but will travel throughout the U.S. to manage a smooth transition of accounts into the Cooper system.
Mr. Kairys most recently served as regional sales manager for the northeast region. Mr. Gill served as regional sales manager for the Midwest region and also as a key accounts specialist.
Mr. Frederick has served as a district sales manager and account executive.
Cooper also has named Donald Brassil, former Pirelli regional sales manager, to retail division account manager for the western region.
Danny Forsythe, also a former Pirelli regional sales manager, will handle the responsibilities of retail division account manager for the eastern region.
