LAVERGNE, Tenn.—Hennessy Industries Inc. has a new agreement with its independent field service representatives to improve service to users of its Coats and AMMCO wheel service equipment. The firm said the program streamlines the service process to minimize downtime for customers and will provide better service technicians through improved training and testing.
Improvements in its dispatch system and maintenance of parts inventories also will reduce response time, said the Lavergne-based maker of tire, wheel, brake and alignment equipment.
Hennessy plans to assign a certified service rep to each shop when a unit is first installed.
