    BIG O TIRES INC.—John Adams, executive vice president, has assumed the additional responsibilities of business development following the resignation of Ron Lautzenheiser. Tim Barker, to vice president of retail operations—was director of service centers with Big Wheel Rossi.

    David Boeke, to vice president of franchising—was director of franchise sales.

    John Cannon, to vice president of distribution—was director of distribution.

    Norm Dahle, to vice president of real estate development—was director of real estate development.

    Greg Foster, to vice president of training—was national training director.
