ALEXANDRIA, Va.-The Maintenance Council (TMC) of the American Trucking Associations will feature its first technical display dedicated solely to light- and medium-duty vehicles during its fall meeting, Oct. 21-24, at the America's Convention Center in St. Louis. The LMV Technical Display will feature about 60,000 square feet of exhibit space and more than 150 exhibitors of Class 2-7 vehicles, components, products and services, according to the TMC.
The TMC meeting also will offer 90-minute maintenance seminars designed for LMV fleet managers that will cover such topics as antilock braking systems, outsourcing vs. in-house maintenance, and active and passive tire air pressure systems.
``What differentiates this exhibit and meeting from all others is that the primary focus is technical-not commercial.... (T)he booth personnel at this trade show will be the industry's top engineers and technical experts, and not merely sales associates,'' said Paul Domer, TMC director of conventions and exhibitions.
Registration fees for the meeting and technical display are $285 for TMC members and $385 for non-members until Oct. 2; $385 and $485, respectively, thereafter.
