NASHVILLE, Tenn.-ESPN and Bridgestone/Firestone Inc. again are running a sweepstakes to send two people to the Indy 500. 1996 ESPN/Firestone Indy 500 Championship Weekend Sweepstakes ads are appearing April 1-26 on ESPN and ESPN 2 and on displays at Firestone retailers.
Consumers can enter by mail or at Firestone outlets.
Michelin's baby ads liked by TV viewers
AKRON-Nearly 40 percent of television viewers who had seen a Michelin ad featuring babies three or more times said they liked it ``a lot,'' according to an Ad Track poll from USA Today and Louis Harris and Associates.
The poll asked 472 adults who had seen the ads at least three times whether they recalled the campaign, if they liked it and how effective they thought it was.
The poll showed 45 percent of urban dwellers and 46 percent of consumers ages 65 or older liked the ads ``a lot.''
