Realife Engineering Corp. Inc. (R.E.C.) has introduced a keyless vehicle-entry device it said takes little time to install, and can help boost dealers' profits. REC said the Magic Mag Lock, available in three styles, will save troublesome lock-out delays for motorists. Touching a magnet to a special sensor wire, hidden anywhere on a vehicle, activates the system, which can be put on any vehicle with or without power door locks.
The device, which starts at a dealer's cost of about $20, can usually be installed in less than 30 minutes.
