NORRISTOWN, Pa.-Laramie Tire Distributors Inc. has reorganized its management structure and positioned its Laramie and Telstar brands for ``continued double-digit increases through 1995 and beyond,'' according to President and CEO Wayne Reichman. New managers and those with new duties include:
Bill Hurst remains president of Telstar Tyre & Rubber Co. with the additional responsibility as executive vice president of Laramie;
Kevin O'Malley remains vice president of Laramie, based in Norristown, while assuming sales responsibilities for the company's eastern division;
David Conley remains vice president of Laramie, based in Kansas City, Mo., and assumes sales responsibilities for the western division;
Tony Lugioyo, former account executive with Kelly-Springfield Tire Co., has become vice president, spearheading export efforts for both brands in the international division;
Art Smith, former national sales manager for the Heritage and Summit brands, has become vice president new business development, responsible for expansion throughout the U.S.; and
Ed Schaffer has become vice president sales for the Telstar brand, responsible for marketing and advertising of both brands. Mr. Schaffer previously was in the broadcast industry.
