The Fakler Tires outlet in Provo, Utah, recently underwent a showroom renovation that the company announced with a ``Remodeling Sale.'' The retail outlet, which is one of four Fakler Tire locations in Utah, now has a circular counter, new carpeting and a gray slot wall with red trim on which to display tires. The intent was to give the outlet a ``more modern'' look, a spokeswoman said.
Although the renovations began in February, the company did not announce its remodeling until when advertisements touting special sale prices on tires appeared in the local newspaper.
The company intends to remodel a second store next year.
East Brunswick, N.J.-based Vespia's Tire and Service Center Inc. plans to expand throughout the state at a rate of two locations per year, the 12-outlet dealership said.

The Goodyear dealership said it plans to expand in southern New Jersey and distribute tires from its Hamilton Township outlet.
