COLOMBO, Sri Lanka — Global Rubber Industries Pvt. Ltd. (GRI) has upgraded its website, streamlining its navigation and adding a detailed tire finder tool.
The website is available in eight languages and is compatible across numerous devices, including smartphones.
The finder tool matches agriculture, construction and material-handling tires according to their application, rim size, tire size and pattern. Customers can pull up information such as tire life, load-carrying capacity and ground stability as well as technical details.
"GRI prides itself on its customer-centric focus and we listened to understand the requirements of our distributors as well as our end-users," GRI CEO Mahesha Ranasoma, said.
"The launch of our new site allows customers to understand the quality of research and innovation a Sri Lankan company with a global vision is truly capable of."
The company said it will regularly update the site with new content about GRI's global operations and the latest industry news.
"The purpose behind the tone, look and feel of the upgraded website is to better provide information, tools and resources which will assist our customers to make informed decisions and to showcase the ways in which GRI is at the forefront in its industry," Managing Director Prabhash Subasinghe said.
"The website aligns with GRI's emphasis on future growth and expansion and will help us fulfill changing customer needs and achieve our core business objectives."
GRI produces radial agriculture tires, construction tires and material-handling solid tires and has a presence in nine countries, with sales in over 50 countries.
