NASHVILLE — Agricultural tire website Ag Tire Talk is introducing a resource page that links to ag tire manufacturer databooks.
Among the databooks of ag tire makers to be included are those from Michelin, Alliance, BKT, Trelleborg, Mitas, Firestone, Maxam, CEAT, GRI and Continental, according to James Tuschner, founder of Ag Tire Talk.
"This new feature further strengthens Ag Tire Talk as the only place to get all the latest Ag tire info, sanctioned and approved, direct from the manufacturers," Mr. Tuschner said.
Ag Tire Talk, launched in 2016, provides free technical information on ag tires to tire dealers, equipment dealers and producers.
The website includes:
- Regular insights from ag tire manufacturers on topics such as: traction and flotation optimization, optimum tire deflection for best yield and ag tire size options/conversions;
- Warranties for all the major ag tire manufacturers; and
- Highlights on new ag tire products.
In 2019, a website, Ag Track Talk, was unveiled to provide similar information for ag rubber tracks.
Ag Tire Talk will launch a quarterly podcast on new ag tire products, called "Increasing Yield thru Tire Technology: Q1 New Products."
The podcast will begin April 15 and feature new ag tire products introduced within the preceding three months, focusing on products that improve yield and productivity. Mr. Tuschner will interview company representatives on the technical aspects of their products.
Nashville-based JTMarCom, a full-service agency specializing in the tire, ag and trucking industries, is handling social media marketing for Ag Tire Talk.
