OCALA, Fla. — Sun Auto Tire & Service has opened a Tire Outlet-branded retail location in Ocala, the third Tire Outlet opened in the past 15 months.
The new store joins Tire Outlet locations opened recently in Callahan and Palm Coast, Fla. In all, Sun Auto has 16 stores in the north and central Florida region.
The three Tire Outlet have a combined 24 service bays, featuring services from tires and oil changes to air conditioning service and repair.
Regional Vice President Steve Powell said Tire Outlet has stood out by offering "five-star service, dedication to customer experience and (of course) excellent automotive repair. The fact that we are known for excellence has allowed us to continue our growth even further from our original Jacksonville market. Our customers have been demanding even more locations in their neighborhoods and we're eager to make that happen".
Mesa, Ariz.-based Sun Auto Tire has added 58 locations to its footprint in the past 12 months, 44 via acquisition and 14 through organic development, the company said. The dealership now operates 479 locations.
Sun Auto Tire acquired Tire Outlet in late 2022.
