CARROLLTON, Texas — Sun Auto Tire & Service Inc. has acquired Carrollton Complete Automotive, a single retail location north of Dallas, the company announced March 18.
"The addition of Carrollton Complete Automotive is another step in our commitment to be the leading automotive service and tire provider in the great state of Texas," Sun Auto CEO Tony Puckett said.
"Carrollton Complete Automotive is a fixture within the community, and we are honored to have their resolute team become part of the Sun Auto family."
Established in 2011, Carrollton Complete Automotive offers a wide range of automotive services as well as a tire sales at a 14-bay facility. Sun Auto officials said they were drawn to the business because of "their commitment to customer excellence and long-time reputation in the area, which falls in line with the Sun Auto Tire & Service philosophy."
Phoenix, Ariz.-based Sun Auto has nearly 450 stores and warehouses in 22 states. Last year, Sun Auto opened five retail locations around the Houston area.
