Straightaway/EAS acquires Integrity Tire in Denver

DENVER — EAS Tire & Auto, a Straightaway Tire & Auto brand, has acquired five automotive service locations in the Denver market.

The acquisitions include four Integrity Tire shops — two in Aurora, and one each in Windsor and Loveland, Colo. — and an unnamed national brand store in Parker, Colo.

With the expansion, EAS Tire surpasses 20 locations in the Denver metropolitan area and in particular enhances EAS's presence in Parker, one of Colorado's fastest-growing communities, the company said.

Financial terms of the deals were not disclosed.

The addition of Integrity Tire's locations broadens EAS's ability to service a larger geographic area while purposefully increasing density in the region, the dealership said.

This is the second time Mohl has exited the tire retail scene. In November 2021, he sold Integrity Tire's 13 stores in southern California to Big Brand Tire, opting at that time to relocate to Colorado.

The integration of Integrity Tire's locations will focus on preserving the high level of service while introducing additional resources and capabilities that come with being part of the EAS family, the dealerships said.

Straightaway Tire, an auto repair and service business backed by private equity provider O2 Investment Partners, operates 65 locations in six states — Colorado, Florida, Maine, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Hampshire and Wisconsin.

Straightaway said it is expanding its footprint in both new and existing markets through strategic acquisitions. Its 65 locations make it one of the 20 largest independent retail tire dealerships in the U.S., according to Tire Business research.
