BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich. — Straightaway Tire & Auto has acquired Maple Grove Auto Service of Maple Grove, Minn., and Warzecha Auto Works in Zimmerman, Minn.
Terms of the transactions, which expand Straightaway Tire's footprint to 14 locations in the state, were not disclosed.
Straightaway Tire, an auto repair and service business backed by private equity provider O2 Investment Partners, has over 45 locations overall in Colorado, Florida, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire and Wisconsin.
Maple Grove Auto is a full-service auto repair facility that has been serving the Maple Grove market for over four decades, while Warzecha Auto is a full-service auto repair facility that has been serving the Zimmerman market for over 25 years.
"As a former employee of Maple Grove during my early years in the industry, it is an honor to come full circle and be rejoined with the team here," Division President Jeff Matt said.

Bloomfield Hills-based O2 is a private equity firm that invests in lower middle market B2B services, technology and select industrial companies.
Straightaway Tire was formed in 2023 by the amalgamation of five independent dealerships:
- All County Automotive of Jupiter, Fla. — five stores in Florida;
- Auto Care Plus of Merrimack, N.H. — 10 stores in New Hampshire and Maine;
- Eagle Automotive Service Tire & Auto of Littleton, Colo. — 12 stores in Colorado;
- Victory Automotive Service — 13 stores in Minnesota and Wisconsin; and
- Village Autoworks of Roseville, Minn. — two stores in Minnesota.
