OMAHA Neb. — Leeds West Groups (LWG) has acquired another Midas in Nebraska, making it the sole Midas franchisee in the Cornhusker State.
Greenwood Village, Colo.-based LWG recently acquired a franchised Midas location in west central Omaha from West Center Auto Repair Inc.
Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
This becomes LWG's fifth Midas location in Omaha and seventh throughout Nebraska. The others are located in Lincoln and Kearney.
With the acquisition, LWG operates 121 automotive repair locations, including 83 Midas and 38 Big O Tires in 18 states across the U.S.
LWG also operates several SpeeDee Oil franchises.
