Dynamic Automotive acquires 6th Maryland location

MOUNT AIRY, Md. — Dynamic Automotive, a New Market, Md.-based automotive repair business, has acquired Twin Ridge Auto and Light Truck Service Inc. in Mount Airy as its sixth location.

"We didn't take this decision lightly, and we wouldn't be leaving if we weren't positive our customers will continue to be in good hands," Scott Elliott, co-owner of Twin Ridge Auto, said.

"Dynamic Automotive shares our dedication to our community, and we believe our customers will see a seamless continuation of the high-quality service and friendly staff they have come to expect."

Dynamic Automotive co-owner and CEO Dwayne Myers said he first approached Twin Ridge's co-owners, Scott Elliott and Earl Burroughs, because of their strong reputation and philosophy for taking care of their customers. The two businesses were aligned on their values and the priority they put on customer service, leading to a mutually beneficial relationship and the ultimate sale of the location, he said.

In addition to expert care and high-quality customer service, a driving force behind Dynamic Automotive's success is its dedication to the communities it serves, the dealership said.

Each location frequently donates employee time and resources, as well as financial support, to its community.

In addition to supporting local schools and the fire department, the new Dynamic Auto Mount Airy team will be looking for community events and nonprofit organizations to embrace, the company said.

Dynamic Automotive, which opened in 1995, is co-owned by Myers, Jose Bueso and Lee Formanby and operates five other locations in Frederick County, Md., in Frederick, New Market, Urbana, Libertytown and Emmitsburg.
