BOUCHERVILLE, Quebec — Canadian tire wholesaler Distribution Stox Inc. is acquiring the passenger car and light truck tire distribution division of Techno Pneu Inc. for the Bas St.-Laurent and Gaspésie regions of the province of Québec.

We will continue the great team work already in place by Techno Pneu's team and keep taking great care of customers who are supporting our growth."
