AUSTIN, Texas — Big Brand Tire & Service has made its first acquisition in Texas with the purchase of Tires To You, a tire dealership with seven locations across the Austin area.
The stores will be rebranded as Big Brand Tire & Service, the company said. It did not disclose financial details of the acquisition.
The deal is just the first step into the Texas market for Big Brand, which said it plans to significantly grow its presence throughout the state in the coming years.
Big Brand operates more than 215 locations in California, Colorado, Arizona, Nevada and Texas.
"We are thrilled to welcome the Tires To You team members into the Big Brand family," Big Brand CEO Joe Buscaglia said.
"Austin is a key market for us, and this acquisition aligns with our strategy of growth in high-demand regions."
Tires To You offers a wide range of tire brands and services, including tire installation, alignments and repairs. By becoming part of Big Brand Tire, these locations will benefit from the company's expanded resources, technology and comprehensive service offerings, Big Brand said.
