Tenneco’s Q2 earnings release July 28

LAKE FOREST, Ill. (July 14, 2014) — Automotive parts and systems supplier Tenneco Inc. plans to issue its second quarter 2014 earnings release before the market opens on July 28.

The Lake Forest-based company then will hold a conference call that day at 9 a.m. EDT to discuss the results of its operations for the last fiscal quarter, as well as provide updated information regarding matters impacting the company’s outlook.

The conference call will be hosted by Gregg Sherrill, chairman and CEO, Hari Nair, chief operating officer, and Ken Trammell, executive vice president and chief financial officer, Tenneco said.

To access the conference, participants should call 888-664-9961 (domestic) or 517-308-9332 (international) and use the pass code: TENNECO.

A playback of the call will be available one hour after completion of the conference through Aug. 28. It can be accessed by calling 888-445-8680 (domestic) or 203-369-3155 (international).

A “listen only” broadcast also will be available on Tenneco’s website by selecting the “Financial/Investors” page. Participants should go to the website at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the call to register and download and install any necessary audio software. Accompanying slides will be available in the investor section of the website and a replay of the webcast will be available on the site through Aug. 28.
