STAUNTON, Va. (June 11, 2014) — Federated Auto Parts has launched a “Pick Your Pickup” sweepstakes.
The company is offering the grand prize winner his or her choice of either a fully restored 1949 classic pickup or a 2015 model-year pickup.
The 2014 Federated Car Care sweepstakes program is open to any fully enrolled Federated Car Care Center member, the firm said. Current members automatically are eligible, while new members must enroll by Aug. 15 in order to participate.
“Federated Car Care Centers are known for being at the forefront of servicing today’s innovative vehicles, while still adhering to old-time values like providing professional customer service, advice and expertise that you can trust,” said Phil Moore, senior vice president, Federated Auto. “We decided to conduct a contest that reflects those characteristics.”
More information about the sweepstakes program can be found at Federated’s website.
Titan International and the United Steelworkers union have petitioned the U.S. International Trade Commission and U.S. Department of Commerce seeking relief from OTR tire imports from China, India and Sri Lanka. What’s your opinion?
|I wholeheartedly support their action – something needs to be done.||
|I think it’s a bad idea that could inevitably tie the hands of domestic tire makers.||
|I oppose any duties against tire importers—they only raise costs for distributors and make it harder to obtain inventory.||
|I’m kind of on the fence and not sure what’s right, but need more information before deciding.||
|I don’t really care whether or not relief is granted.||
