Atlantic Tire wins two awards

CARY, N.C. (June 11, 2014) — Atlantic Tire & Service has been has been awarded the Wake Living Reader’s Choice Award for Best Auto Repair Shop and has been selected as a finalist in Indy Week’s Best of the Triangle Awards in the category of Best Auto Repair Shop in Wake County.

Atlantic Tire said it received the most votes in its category as voted on by local Triangle residents and readers of Wake Living Magazine, which bills itself as “Wake County’s premier lifestyle magazine.”

Voters were free to select any Wake County business through the voting process based on positive experiences they have had throughout the years.

Atlantic Tire also received one of the highest number of votes in its category for the Best of the Triangle Awards.

“We especially appreciate awards that are voted on by our local residents and customers,” said Anthony Blackman, president and owner of Atlantic Tire.

“Our team strives to make every experience a positive one and hopes to remain the community’s trusted car care expert for years to come.”

Atlantic Tire has won numerous awards in recent years including: The Eastern Better Business Bureau Torch Award; the Blue Seal of Excellence Award; the Cary Chamber’s Employer of the Year Award, Business of the Year Award and Community Service Award; the Morrisville Chamber’s Business of the Year Award; Cary News’ Best Place for Automotive Repair award; and Cary Magazine’s Maggy Award for Best Mechanic in Western Wake.

Cary-based Atlantic Tire operates three retail stores, in Cary, Durham and Raleigh, N.C. More information on the dealership is available on its website.
