ARLINGTON, Va. (June 4, 2014) — The American Trucking Associations’ Technology & Maintenance Council (TMC) has published its 2014-25 "Recommended Practices Manual."
The two-volume set includes the Recommended Maintenance Practices Manual and the Recommended Engineering Practices Manual, the TMC said. The volumes include more than 40 new, revised or reissued Recommended Practices the council has adopted as of May 2014, it said.
Altogether, the two-volume manual contains more than 3,100 pages of technical information the represents the consensus and collective industry experience of TMC members, the council said.
All TMC members will receive a CD-ROM copy of the single-user version of the manual as a member benefit, the TMC said. They also may access the Recommended Practices collection online. Single-user CD-ROM versions are also available for purchase at $249 each for TMC members and $329 each for non-members. Multi-user versions are available at $2,500 each for members, $3,333 each for non-members. Print versions may be purchased for the same price as the single-user version.
