CYPRESS, Calif. (May 13, 2014) — Just in time for the upcoming Memorial Day weekend, Toyo Tire U.S.A. Corp. is conducting a “Toyo Tires Gives You a Lift” sweepstakes from May 12 through May 26.

Fans can enter the sweepstakes on Toyo’s Facebook page for a chance to win gift cards good for a tank of gas. One grand prize winner will receive a $200 gift card while a first place winner will get a $100 Gift Card and two second place winners each will get a $50 gift card to help with their gas expenses.

Amy Coleman, senior director of marketing for Cypress-based Toyo, said the tire maker wants its fans “to get out there and have fun on their Toyo Tires this Memorial Day weekend.

“That’s why we are giving them the chance to win “Cash for Gas” toward that road trip or staycation.”

For more details and to enter the sweepstakes, visit Toyo’s Facebook page and click the “Enter to Win” tab.

I oppose any duties against tire importers—they only raise costs for distributors and make it harder to obtain inventory.
